Job summary

Dunkin' franchise partner Brewing Brand in Florida is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, lead shifts, and coach team members to deliver fast, friendly service and solid operational standards.

In this role you will oversee brand training, scheduling, inventory awareness, and guest satisfaction initiatives while maintaining a positive, sales-driven environment and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Basic math and financial management
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality

Responsibilities

• Perform responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, certify team and shift lead staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to team members.
• Support RM in weekly labor scheduling and staff deployment.
• Assist RM in supplier and vendor orders.
• Conduct self-assessments and action plans.
• Ensure restaurant budget is met as determined by Franchisee.
• Engage with Dunkin’ Brands Field Operations team as appropriate.
