Patel Management is hiring an Assistant Manager for a Dunkin franchise in Florida. You will supervise restaurant operations and support the management team to ensure tasks are performed efficiently, while delivering great guest experiences.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Training and advancement opportunities are available; Dunkin' experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year consecutive experience with the same company as an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings and weekends
• Professional References required
• Dunkin experience a Plus
• Desire to grow into General Manager preferred
