Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team and ensure guests leave happy. You will oversee staffing, training, and operational standards across multiple areas including kitchen, sales, showroom, and gameroom, while driving sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older; local law may vary for alcohol-related duties.
• Experience managing people, preferably in food service, or as Opening Coordinator for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Own an AOI and rotate across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom areas.
