Slick City Action Park is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations on-site and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will mentor and grow the team, maintain park standards, and contribute to brand awareness within the community.

The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and a passion for delivering fun and safe experiences, with availability for evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in all situations.
• Willingness to work nights and/or weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the facility on specified weekdays and weekends.
• Promote a positive and uplifting culture throughout the park.
• Monitor maintenance and inventory of facility and equipment.
• Maintain a safe environment adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Train new team members and supervise current team members to deliver exemplary service.
• Maintain professional image with guests, team members, and management.
• Handle team member relations, recognition and performance.
• Work under the direct supervision of the GM and coordinate priorities.
• Collaborate as a team with other management members.
• Perform other duties as required by Management.
