As part of the management team, you will collaborate with the GM, oversee daily operations, and ensure safety, maintenance, and outstanding guest service across all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the facility on designated days.

• Monitor facility and equipment maintenance and inventory.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Train and supervise team members to deliver exemplary service.
• Present a professional image to guests, staff, and management.
• Manage team relations, handle questions, recognition, and performance.
