Responsibilities

• Open and close the facility on specified days.
• Promote a positive culture throughout the park.
• Monitor maintenance and inventory of the facility.
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and team members.
• Train new team members and supervise current team members for service excellence.
• Represent the park professionally to guests, team members, and management.
• Foster good team relations and address questions, including recognition and performance.
• Work under the supervision of the GM with assigned priorities.
• Collaborate with other management team members and perform other duties as required.

The Assistant Manager helps us create and maintain a showcase park giving the best customer experience. The Assistant Manager will have an opportunity to help growth within the park while managing brand awareness to community members. The Assistant Manager will help to grow the next generation of team members through leadership and mentoring. Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities:
• Open and close the facility on specified weekdays and weekends
• Promote a positive and uplifting culture throughout the park
• Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the facility and equipment
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and team members alike by adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Train new team members and supervise current team members to consistently provide exemplary service and achieve operational excellence
• Maintains an image of competence and professionalism to guests, team members, and management.
• Maintains proper team member/employer relations and addresses any questions promptly, including disciplinary actions, recognition, and performance.
• Works under the direct supervision of the GM, who will indicate general assignments, limitations, and priorities.
• Work as a team with other management team members
• Perform any other services or duties as required by Management
