Job summary

Zaxbys is expanding its team in Pinecrest, NC, and seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. You will ensure adherence to processes, policies and standards while leading a team to deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability to work 5 days and 32–48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure policies are followed.
• Schedule shifts and delegate tasks to team members.
• Coach and develop staff to meet quarterly goals.
• Maintain service quality and cleanliness to company standards.
