Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store supervisor to lead daily operations and drive sales. You will oversee staff, hire and develop employees, and ensure exceptional customer service.

The role requires 18+ years of age, 1 year supervisory experience, ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 25 lbs, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Base pay with commission and bonuses, plus benefits and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
