Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store supervisor/manager to lead daily operations and drive sales in a fast-paced retail tanning environment. You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold store standards. This role emphasizes team leadership, productivity, and safety compliance in a busy retail setting.

The position requires 18+ years old, supervisory experience, and physical stamina to stand and lift. Competitive pay with growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Has at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others and lead a team.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Maintain a positive environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help employees meet theirs.
• Analyze daily sales to maximize revenue.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control labor, inventory and maintenance costs.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
