Job summary

Palm Beach Tan (Palm Beach Tan & Wellness) is seeking a store supervisor to lead a team, hire and develop staff, and maintain a welcoming store environment. The role begins with a 5-week manager-training course designed to measure performance and readiness for advancement.

The candidate will drive sales, ensure compliance with safety and operations standards, and deliver exceptional customer service while controlling costs and scheduling daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
