Palm Beach Tan is seeking an on-site Store Manager to lead a team, hire and develop staff, and maintain a high-performing store environment. You will drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold safety and operational standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a friendly, proactive leadership style, and the ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds. Competitive compensation includes base pay, commissions, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and develop store staff to maintain strong teams.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales and meet performance metrics.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
