Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to support daily operations at one of our Dunkin’ restaurants. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead and develop the team, ensure brand standards, and uphold policies and laws.

This role offers opportunities to grow leadership skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll be responsible for training, coaching, cash handling, and driving guest satisfaction while maintaining profitability and guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are expected.
• Familiarity with operating reporting systems will be taught.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ standards.
• Perform responsibilities of restaurant team members as needed.
• Assign team members to positions to meet guest demand and service standards.
• Lead team meetings and shift execution; deliver training to staff.
