The role requires coaching and developing leaders, managing labor and costs, and ensuring a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided or supported if applicable.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Leading the overall operation and performance of your restaurant.
• Hiring, training, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
• Creating a positive, engaging workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect.
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience and ensuring every customer receives a 'Sub Above' experience.
• Driving sales growth while managing labor, food costs, and overall profitability.
• Ensuring consistent execution of Jersey Mike's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Managing inventory, ordering, and cost controls to support restaurant performance.
• Maintaining compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards.
• Developing future leaders by coaching Crew Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
• Building strong relationships within the local community while representing the Jersey Mike's brand.
• Analyzing restaurant performance and implementing action plans to achieve operational goals.
• Partnering with your Regional Manager to continuously improve results and develop your team.
