You will oversee Customer Experience, Freight Flow, Operations and Merchandising as assigned, coach associates, manage daily tasks, and ensure safety and loss prevention, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team, drive sales and maintain store standards.
