Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience in restaurant or retail
• Must meet state food safety requirements and obtain certification
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset
• Ability to manage shifts, schedules and labor goals
• Comfortable working in a bustling kitchen environment

Responsibilities

• Train and develop team members and shift leaders
• Interview and hire Associates and Trainers
• Schedule staff and maintain labor budgets
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards
• Drive local marketing and promotions to maximize sales
• Handle customer issues and complaints effectively
• Other duties as assigned
