Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Experience leading teams to success with strong communication and development focus.
• Proficient in operations including payroll, reporting, scheduling, and merchandising.
• High school diploma or GED required; degree welcomed.
• Retail is fast-changing; ability to adapt and handle curveballs.
