Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to help lead the loudest store in the mall. You will support the Store Manager in reaching sales targets, recruiting, and development, while delivering an engaging in-store experience for customers and employees.

You’ll drive promotions, manage operations, and build a high-performing team that embodies the brand. This role emphasizes customer engagement, data-informed decision making, and collaborative leadership in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication and recruiting skills.
• Ability to manage payroll, reporting, scheduling, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to achieve sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Promote products and promotions through in-store and social media engagement (BOPIS, curbside pickup).
• Provide leadership for an operationally sound store with balanced ops and customer-first selling.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
