You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting and developing a passionate team, and driving an outstanding in-store experience for customers. You’ll merchandise the store, promote new products, oversee operations, payroll, scheduling, and shrink prevention while using data to guide strategy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, recruiting, operations, and people development skills.
• High school diploma or GED; degree is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to achieve sales plan and comp goals.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative store team.
• Drive customer engagement through promotions and product launches.
• Lead store operations with a balance of leadership and customer-focused selling.
• Monitor shrink, payroll, and associate schedules; manage loss prevention.
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.
