Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED. Degree is a plus.
• Retail is fast-changing; adapt quickly to curveballs.
• Inquisitive about pop culture fandoms & music trends.
• Able to navigate, merchandise, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Lead store through sales targets, payroll hours, schedules, and reporting.
• Enable customer engagement via social media, store apps, and clienteling.
• Present an operationally sound business with structure and autonomy.
• Communicate with leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy.
