Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at Chuck E. Cheese to lead a high-energy team focused on delivering memorable guest experiences. You will drive daily operations, scheduling, and adherence to standards to ensure every guest leaves happy.

The role requires at least 1 year of people management, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. Experience in food service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of people management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older (RVP may allow based on local law).
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Experience in food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staffing, cleanliness, and guest-service standards.
• Build sales by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service in a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom responsibilities.
