Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns staff to ensure quality service and adherence to standards.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties and manages staffing and inventory adjustments.
• Maintains records and documentation, reinforces customer service focus, and resolves guest concerns.
