Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience in restaurant or retail
• Pass Food Safety Certification and meet state requirements
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and lead teams
• Willingness to work 45 hours/week and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Train and develop associates and shift leaders
• Interview and hire staff when needed
• Schedule staff and maintain labor goals
• Drive local marketing and promotions to maximize sales
• Ensure health, safety and quality standards are met
• Handle customer issues and resolve complaints
• Support General Manager with P&L control
