Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a team of 10-15 in a fast-paced, outdoor car wash environment. You will model teamwork, ensure quality guest service, and drive toward company goals.

The role combines hands-on operations with light administrative tasks, training teammates, maintaining a clean facility, and monitoring equipment. A valid driver’s license and ability to work evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10-15 employees, fostering teamwork and a positive culture.
• Provide exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist in training and developing employees at every position.
• Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
