Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead a fast-paced car wash team and ensure top guest experiences. You will work on the front lines, coach a 10-15 person crew, and support daily operations with safety and quality in mind.

The role offers competitive hourly pay, weekly commission potential, and growth opportunities within the company. Schedule balances 35–45 hours per week with outside responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees, fostering teamwork and a positive culture.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
• Train and develop employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
