You will train staff, ensure safe operations, and uphold quality guest experiences while supporting a healthy work-life balance with a flexible schedule and growth potential into higher management roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10-15 employees and foster teamwork.
