The role requires 2+ years of leadership, comfort with fast-paced settings, and availability for varied hours, including evenings and weekends, in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities
