Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a 10-15 person team in a fast-paced outdoor car wash environment. You will help drive guest satisfaction, oversee daily operations, and model teamwork and high standards of service.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work outside in varying weather. Expect growth opportunities, competitive hourly pay, and weekly commission potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
