Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a team of 10–15 in a fast-paced outdoor setting. You will drive guest satisfaction through teamwork, quality service, and hands-on leadership on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of leadership experience, a mechanical mindset, and are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather. The role requires full-time hours and may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities
