Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a 10–15 person team in a fast-paced, outdoor car wash environment. You will drive guest satisfaction through friendly service, supervise daily operations, and support equipment checks and training across roles.

The role offers growth opportunities into higher management, with a competitive hourly rate and weekly commissions, and requires a valid driver’s license for company travel when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees, creating a culture of teamwork and fun.
• Fast-paced and structured work environment.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
• Assist in training and developing employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
