Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a 10–15 person team in a fast-paced outdoor car wash environment. This role blends hands-on operations with administrative duties to meet safety and guest-service goals.

You will mentor and train staff, maintain facility standards, and support scheduling, equipment checks, and daily reporting. Competitive hourly pay with weekly commissions and a clear path to higher management await.

Qualificações

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
