The Escape Game, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training for our San Francisco Downtown location. This full-time position involves supporting the General Manager, coaching the team, and maintaining TEG standards of hospitality.

Ideal candidates will have a genuine love for serving others, excellent interpersonal skills, and flexibility with a schedule that includes nights and weekends. Physical stamina is required for various tasks including lifting and cleaning.

Qualifications

• Required to work at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 night shifts per week.
• Must handle physical activity including lifting 30-40 lbs.
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM with operational initiatives and coaching team members.
• Serve and support guests with a focus on world-class hospitality.
• Uphold TEG standards through gracious pressure and feedback.
