Job summary

Buckle in the United States is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help deliver the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising and daily operations.

This role trains and motivates teammates, recruits new colleagues, and may serve as Store Manager in absence. The position is part of our store leadership track, with a pay range of $19–$23 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Assists the Store Manager in supervising.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service guests while maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing Teammates.
• Support store operations and merchandising under the leadership team.
• Act as Store Manager in absence of the Store Manager.
