Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support our mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks and work with the Store Manager to develop sales and recruit Teammates.

The role includes leadership responsibilities, training teammates, and acting as Store Manager in their absence, with a progression path from AIT to Assistant Manager as duties expand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Ability to lead and train teammates.
• Willingness to perform merchandising and store operations tasks.

Responsibilities
