Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering an outstanding shopping experience. You will lead sales, guest service, training, and merchandising, while stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

This role drives recruiting, coaching and team development, ensures policy adherence, and maintains store standards across operations, with emphasis on leadership and performance reporting.
