Buckle is opening a brand-new store in Towne Mall, Elizabethtown, KY, and seeks a capable Assistant Manager in Training to help launch a high-performing team. You will share leadership duties with the Store Manager, recruit and train Teammates, and drive guest engagement, merchandising excellence, and operational standards from day one.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to lead teams and deliver outstanding guest service.
• Experience in coaching and developing Teammates preferred.
