The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training who progresses to a full Assistant Manager in Bowling Green, KY.

You will partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit and develop Teammates, and deliver an exceptional Guest experience. The role emphasizes leadership, training, showmanship, and merchandise presentation, with responsibilities spanning daily operations, onboarding new teammates, and maintaining Buckle’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit and train Teammates.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
