Buckle opens a brand new store at Edwardsville Crossing Shopping Center in Edwardsville, IL. Interviews begin in September for multiple roles including Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager. The team will focus on delivering the best guest experience while building sales and leadership capabilities.

Compensation for the positions ranges from $20 to $24 per hour with base pay plus commission in sales-related roles; benefits and career growth opportunities are included in the package.
