Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support sales, merchandising and store operations. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership.

The AIT/Assistant Manager role includes training, motivation, and stepping in as Store Manager when needed. Pay range is $20-$25/hr with base pay plus 3% commission on sales.

• Work with Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit teammates.
• Train and motivate teammates and act as Store Manager in absence.
• Cashier duties, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning.
