Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager in DeKalb, IL. This role supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership. It is a progression role from AIT with additional responsibilities and leadership duties.

The position pays a base range of $17–$20 per hour, with the potential for commissions on sales. Buckle offers comprehensive benefits and a focus on guest experience and team development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales generation and guest service with a friendly, engaging attitude.
• Coach Teammates and develop leadership within the team.
• Assist Store Manager and Lead Team in scheduling, training and performance tracking.
• Maintain store standards in merchandising, displays, and loss prevention.
