Buckle is opening a brand-new store at the Edwardsville Crossing Shopping Center in Edwardsville, Illinois. We will hire for multiple positions to join the team, with interviews starting in September and store operations beginning in mid-October.

The Leader in Training and Floor Leader roles involve sales, merchandising and store operations, working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with friendly service and assist with merchandise needs.
• Assist in sales, merchandising and store operations as directed by leadership.
• Lead by example in customer service and sales presentation.
