Buckle is looking for an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead sales, merchandising and store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership.

This is a progression role from AIT with higher duties as you grow into Store Manager responsibilities. The pay range is $16–$20 per hour, with base pay plus commission structure for sales profiles, and comprehensive benefits are available to
