Buckle is seeking an Assistant Manager in Park City, UT to work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role involves sales leadership, teammate development, merchandising execution, and daily store operations to meet business goals.

The Assistant Manager role expands from the Assistant in Training path and includes higher level responsibilities to ensure showroom standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months retail experience or equivalent training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate teammates and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and guest service across the store.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; support Store Manager in leadership duties.
• Oversee daily operations, merchandising, loss prevention and policy execution.
• Execute actions from department calendars and maintain Visual Standards.
