Buckle is seeking an Assistant Manager in training to uphold our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising and operations, while mentoring Teammates and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

As you progress, you’ll take on high-level duties related to leadership, training, and team development within a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring exceptional guest service and brand

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and sales skills.
• Ability to train and develop teammates.
• Experience in merchandising and store operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead guest service and sales presentations to drive revenue.
• Coach teammates and manage onboarding and performance.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting and scheduling.
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising for the brand.
