The Buckle, Inc. in Spanish Fork, Utah is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to drive sales, lead teammates, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and develop teammates, provide leadership, training, and support, and assume Store Manager duties in their absence while maintaining Buckle standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 1–3 months related retail experience or training preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with sales, merchandising and store operations.
• Lead and train Teammates; act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Recruit and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards and goals.
