Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will lead sales, merchandising, and daily operations while mentoring teammates and ensuring top customer service.

The role includes training responsibilities, store leadership in the manager's absence, and driving sales performance through product education and showmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop Teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong focus on guest service, product knowledge and loss prevention awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary guest service across the store: front, floor, fitting rooms and register.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; lead store operations in Store Manager's absence.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, showmanship and SPG adherence.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, education focus and performance tracking.
