Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager in Pocatello, Idaho. This role partners with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and lead in the manager’s absence.

You will handle merchandising, guest service, and store operations while coaching others and maintaining Buckle's standards. This is a progression role from AIT to Assistant Manager with enhanced leadership duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with legendary guest service in all store areas.
• Support Store Manager with recruitment, training, and leadership development.
• Execute daily store operations including merchandise displays, POS procedures, and loss prevention.
• Help plan and achieve sales goals with Store Manager and team.
• Coach Teammates to meet Buckle’s accountability and performance standards.
• Maintain visual standards and effectively communicate policies and procedures.
