Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent guest service and driving sales.
• Ability to train and develop teammates to meet performance standards.
• Familiarity with store operations and loss prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Teammates to achieve sales goals.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding and training of new staff.
• Oversee daily store operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Ensure visual standards and merchandising guidelines are followed.
• Provide legendary guest service and maintain a positive work environment.
