Job summary

Buckle Buckeye is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to join our leadership team and help deliver legendary guest service. This role supports store management with sales, merchandising, recruiting and staff development, including training Teammates and taking on store leadership in the Manager’s absence.

The AIT position progresses to full Assistant Manager with broader duties in leadership, operations, loss prevention, and performance coaching, all while maintaining Buckle’s standards and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train and coach Teammates and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with sales generation and guest service.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Oversee operations and visual merchandising to maintain store standards.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership in the absence of the Store Manager.
