Buckle's Village at Riverstone in Coeur d'Alene, ID is hiring for an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager. This role supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team, performing sales, merchandising, and operational duties to create an exceptional guest experience.

As a progression from AIT to Assistant Manager, you will develop Teammates, lead store initiatives, and step in for the Store Manager when needed. On-site full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently prepared to provide legendary service to each Guest
• Lead by example with a high level of showmanship, excellent customer service and attentiveness
• Assist Store Manager in Recruitment of all store staffing needs
• Demonstrate ownership of store’s sales performance (Sales, Average sale, Business builders, Denim)
• Execute actions from department calendars and track on the Weekly Delegation Worksheet
