Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and drive sales in our Mansfield, TX area. You will train a 5-week manager-in-training program and develop employees to meet performance metrics, while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role emphasizes team leadership, expense control, compliance with banking and safety rules, and creating a positive, respectful environment for staff and customers.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to motivate others and lead a team.
• Reliable transportation and physical ability to stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
